From First Call to Final Walkthrough

Step 1: You Reach Out
Call, text, fill out the form, or use the bathroom cost calculator. I call back within one hour — not a receptionist, not a sales team, me. We'll talk for about 15 minutes. I'll ask about your project, your timing, and whether you have a budget range in mind. If it sounds like a good fit, we schedule a site visit.

Step 2: The Site Visit
I come to your home for a free 45-minute visit. I measure everything, check for hidden conditions where I can (water damage, subfloor issues, plumbing access), and capture the full scope. I'll ask about how you use the space, what's frustrating you, and what you're hoping for. If you have a Pinterest board or design ideas, bring them — they help.
What you get: A thorough assessment from someone who knows what's behind the walls.
Step 3: The 3D Rendering
If your project involves design decisions (layout changes, tile patterns, fixture placement), I build a 3D rendering of your space. You see exactly what your bathroom, basement, or room will look like before any demolition happens. We adjust until it's right. No guessing. No crossed fingers.
What you get: A virtual walkthrough of your finished space — the thing no other Bozeman contractor offers.
Step 4: The Estimate
Within 48 hours of the site visit, you get a detailed, itemized estimate. Every line item is visible: labor by trade, materials by item, allowances for selections you haven't made yet. If I've budgeted $1,500 for tile and you find something you love for $1,200, you keep the $300. The estimate is not a ballpark — it's a commitment.

Step 5: Construction
Once you approve the estimate and sign the contract, we lock in a start date. You pay a 30% deposit, and I order materials. During construction, I text you a photo and update every single day — what happened today, what's planned for tomorrow. If anything changes scope, I price it as a formal change order and get your approval before proceeding. No surprise costs. No radio silence.

Step 6: The Walkthrough
When the work is done, we walk through everything together. I want you to look at every detail — tile joints, paint lines, hardware alignment, caulk, trim. If anything needs attention, write it down. Punch list items are resolved within 48 hours.

Step 7: After the Project
